A British tourist jumped from her hotel room in Agra after a man allegedly tried to molest her on Tuesday.
According to police, the woman had to jump from the balcony of her first floor room to escape sexual assault. The incident took place in Agra's Rakabhganj area around 4 am.
The accused was identified as the owner of the hotel, Sachin Chauhan. He allegedly passed lewd remarks and asked the woman if she wanted a massage.

After treatment at a local hospital, she was discharged in the afternoon.
The hotel owner has been arrested.
The ministry of external affairs (MEA) has taken the incident seriously. Sources said that the MEA has sought more information about the incident.
The incident comes just days after a 39-year-old Swiss tourist was raped and robbed by six men in Datia district of neighbouring state Madhya Pradesh in the presence of her male friend.
