A beaming President Mahinda Rajapaksa greets Dayasiri Jayasekera, who finally crossed over to government ranks after a plethora of denials over the past few weeks that he had plans to jump on the UPFA bandwagon to contest the forthcoming North Western Provincial Council. Jayasekera expressed confidence of topping the preferential vote count to vie for the chief ministerial stakes in the province.
