SLMC leader and Minister of Justice Rauff Hakeem, who was on a visit to Palestine to attend an Islamic Conference, has decided to return to Colombo, to attend today’s Cabinet meeting which is expected to discuss amendments to the Constitution relating to the Provincial Council system.

The SLMC said that Hakeem would raise the subject of devolution and the impact of the proposed constitutional amendments at today’s meeting.
